About Buck That!

Forged in the sun-scorched mountains of Columbus, Ohio, Buck That! has taken the Midwest by storm as The Ohio State University’s male-identifying a cappella group. Established for the expressed purpose of developing, promoting, and teaching musicianship through the use of all-male a cappella music, Buck That! synthesizes earth-shattering bass rhythms and their signature choreography with soloists smoother than butter sliding down a hot, fluffy stack of aca-pancakes. They have performed all across the East Coast and Midwest, winning awards and competitions throughout Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. It is their absolute pleasure to share their love of music and a cappella wherever they go!

2023-2024 was an amazing year for Buck That! Entering the autumn ‘23 semester, we worked tirelessly to find our sound with eight entirely new members and, sufficed to say, we found it. In 2024 Buck That! performed at and won our ICCA Midwest Quarterfinal, moving us forward to then perform at the ICCA Midwest Semifinals!

Buck That! is excited to be back and enter the 2024 – 2025 season with high expectations and a hungry attitude. Stay up to date with our webpage to catch the latest news and updates about where to see us in concert, how to watch us online, or how to request a performance!
